Refunds and Exchanges

We’re all about customer satisfaction. If your packaged was delivered damaged during shipment or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement. You will have 15 days from the delivery to notify us for any exchange or returns otherwise all sales are final. All returns and exchanges for unwanted items will be your responsibility to pay for the postage of the item.

90 day Warranty Program for Tool Pouches

Program Overview:
Our tool pouches are designed to withstand the rigors of daily use, and we stand behind their quality. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 90 day warranty from the purchase/delivery. If your tool pouch shows regular wear within this period, you may return it for a replacement. Return shipping of the item is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Details:
Coverage: The warranty covers regular wear on the material or components due to task-related use.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage from foul play, misuse, or any alterations made to the pouch.
Duration: The warranty is valid for 90 days from the original purchase/delivery date.

Return Instructions:
To receive a replacement under this warranty, please follow these steps:

1. Prepare Your Return
  - Pack the tool pouch securely for mailing.
  - Include a note with the following information:
  - Order Number
  - Full Name
  - Shipping Address

3. Mail the Pouch: Send the pouch and the note to the following address:

Important Notes:
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned pouch, we will inspect it for compliance with the warranty conditions. If approved, a replacement will be shipped to you within 10-15 business days.
Warranty Termination: The warranty is terminated 90 days from the date of purchase/delivery, regardless of whether a replacement has been issued.
Embroidered Pouch: Please note that the replacement pouch will not be embroidered unless specifically requested and paid.
